Howard Co. Superintendent To Get $1.13 Million After Stepping Down

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Howard County school board agreed to pay $1.13 million to superintendent Renee Foose as part of her retirement agreement.

The payments will be made in four installments through 2020: $225,000 in 2017 and $302,560 in 2018, 2019, and 2020.

Her announced retirement comes following some tension between Foose and the Howard County school board, after she was hired in 2012.
