Howard Co. Overturns Ban On Tasers And Stun Guns

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Howard County overturns a ban on tasers and stun guns. The county council passed emergency legislation tonight to change the county code that prohibited the purchase, possession, and use of electronic weapons.

The decision to overturn the ban comes after a lawsuit was filed against Howard and Baltimore counties, as well as Baltimore City.

Arguing that electronic weapons should be protected under the second amendment.
