How much snow did Maryland get during Sunday's winter storm?

Snowy conditions across Baltimore after winter storm in Maryland

Much of Maryland was hit by a winter storm on Sunday, Feb. 22, with snowfall continuing into Monday morning. 

Some parts of the state experienced snow, rain and dangerous road conditions due to the winter weather. 

A Winter Storm Warning will remain in effect through Monday for areas in Central and Northern Maryland. A Blizzard Warning will be in effect until 6 p.m. for the state's lower and central Eastern Shore, which was projected to see about a foot of snow and wind gusts above 40 mph.

As of Monday at 9:30 a.m., the Baltimore area has gotten about 2 to 5 inches of snow, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). BWI Airport recorded 1.1 inches, and Baltimore City recorded about 4 inches.
