Eight hospitalized, including four children after house fire in Dundalk
BALTIMORE -- Four adults and four children were hospitalized Thursday morning after a house fire in Dundalk, according to the Baltimore County Fire Department.
Crews responded to the 3400 block of Loganview Drive in Dundalk around 2:19 a.m. on Jan. 2 for a house fire.
At 0219, crews responded to the 3400 block of Loganview Dr 21222, for a residential fire. Crews arrived to fire showing. 0326, working fire called. 0336, fire under control. 4 adult & 4 peds patients transported for inhalation, no other injuries. FID and BGE requested. RA pic.twitter.com/VnkKbSsAaW

At 3:26 a.m., firefighters declared the blaze under control.
Four adults, and four children, were hospitalized for smoke inhalation. Three of the fire victims are in critical condition, and five suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to the fire department.
The cause of the fire was ruled as an electrical malfunction, BCFD said.
