Hogan Vows To Follow Through On Tax Cuts

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Governor-elect Larry Hogan vows to follow through on his plans to push for tax relief.

Hogan is not backing off his main campaign pledge, despite reports of a $500 million budget shortfall.

He'll officially take office on January 21st and two days later he'll be required to submit a budget for the next fiscal year.
