"It's because of a nor'easter that's going to be setting up shop off the coast and it's going to kick back winds," says WJZ Meteorologist Bob Turk.
He says sustained winds will be as high as 25 to 40 mph, while gusts will be as high as 60 mph.
The Maryland State Highway Administration says crews are preparing for the possibility of toppled trees and power outages.

"We're trying to get a handle to understand what the impacts could be, so we can prepare," says Kate Hession of the Maryland Emergency Management Agency. "Anything that might become a projectile, get that secured and battened down."
"Remember, if there are strong gusts of wind, it would be difficult, if not impossible, for our workers to go and make those fixes on the lines. They have to do it safely," BGE spokesperson Jarrett Carter says. "If there are extended times for response, we want people to make sure that they have the proper materials, non-perishable food items, water, to be sure that they can hold over until we get electric back up and running."
