Helicopter Helps Police Find 14-Year-Old & 12-Year-Old Armed Robbery Suspects

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Two juveniles, who police say are repeat offenders, have been arrested for an armed robbery on Sunday.

The Baltimore Police Department responded to an armed robbery call in the 400 block of South Washington Ave.

Responding officers met with two victims, who said they were robbed of their cell phones and money by two male suspects armed with a silver revolver.

Foxtrot, the Baltimore Police Department helicopter, helped locate the suspects in the 1100 block of East Pratt St. following a short foot pursuit.

Detectives arrested a 14-year-old armed with a loaded handgun, and a 12 year-old who was found with the victims' property.

Police say both are repeat offenders, but because of their age, both were charged as juveniles.
