Armed Robbery Suspects Wanted In Harford Co.

ABINGDON, Md. (WJZ) -- Harford County Sheriff's Office is investigating an armed robbery at a Walgreen's on Saturday.

It happened in the 3000 block of Emmorton Road just before 4:30 a.m.

According to authorities, one of the two suspects approached the pharmacy area, displayed a handgun, and demanded prescription medication.

Police say the Walgreen's employee complied and both suspects fled on foot.

The suspects are both described as white men. The first is approximately 5'8", 175-180 pounds, wearing a light gray sweatshirt and darker gray sweatpants with a bandanna covering his face from the eyes down. He has brown hair, brown eyes, bushy eyebrows and is believed to be between 19-25 years old.

The second is between 5'11" and 6' with a thin build. He was wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt with a white design and dark pants. He had a bandanna covering his face from the eyes down.

State Police say they are investigating a similar incident, that may be related, which occurred on July 20, 2015.
