Suspect Wanted In Harford County For Armed Carjacking And Kidnapping

EDGEWOOD, Md. (WJZ) -- The Harford County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a suspect in connection to a carjacking and kidnapping.
Devon Allen Odell Scott, 36, is the suspect. He is considered to be armed and dangerous.
Police are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 911 immediately.
