Harford Co. Teen Charged After Setting Off Soda Bottle Bombs In Bel Air

BEL AIR, Md. (WJZ) -- A Harford County teen faces charges after making and using soda bottle bombs.

The explosions were first reported as shots fired in the 900-block of Todd Road in Bel Air.

Investigators later learned a 17-year-old was responsible for setting off the devices.

He is now charged with two felony counts and has been released to the custody of his parents.
