Matthews' uncle Corey Grainger told WJZ the family doesn't know who killed him, adding the phone call came in the middle of the night.

"We really don't have any type of closure," Grainger said. "So that kind of makes things more hard, difficult to deal with and handle... everyone's just confused how something like this can just happen."

Police have not released the names of any suspects but said they are getting tons of support from the community.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-260-3439 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
