Giant Pulls Dog Food Due to Potential Choking Risk

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Giant Food says they are removing the sale of Cesar Classics variety pack dog food due to a potential choking risk.

The recall is for:

• Cesar Classics Variety Pack 24 pk., UPC  23100010257, Item #: 143949, All Date Codes

Giant says the dog food was recalled due to pieces of hard white plastic that may have entered the food during the production process.

Giant has received no reports of injuries or illnesses to date.
