Free Timed Passes Available Monday for Nat'l Af. Am. History Museum

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A new batch of free timed passes for admission to the new National Museum of African American History and Culture will be available online on the museum's website starting Monday at 9 a.m.

The Washington Post reports the passes will be good for admission to the museum from January to March 2017. The museum is already sold out for the rest of the year.

Individuals can request up to six passes, and they will be distributed in 15-minute increments.

Along with these advance passes, same-day tickets can be obtained on a first-come, first-served basis, daily at the museum starting at 9:15 a.m. on days the museum is open. Up to four of the same-day tickets can be obtained at a time.
