Frederick Police Arrest 2 For Possession Of Synthetic Drug

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Frederick Police have arrested two men for disorderly conduct and possession of a synthetic drug called "spice."

Police say an officer on patrol approached two men who were fighting on West All Saints Street on Saturday just before 9:30 a.m. Police say one man told the officer the other man had stolen something. Police say the men eventually told the officer they were fighting over a synthetic drug called "spice." The men were arrested.

Police say 32-year-old Avery Joseph Rogers and 21-year-old Thomas Lee Jacobs were charged with assault, disorderly conduct and drug possession.
