Franklin Middle School In Reisterstown Was 'On Alert' After Reports On A Gun In The Area

REISTERSTOWN, Md. (WJZ) — A middle school in Reisterstown was on alert after reports of someone with a gun in the area Wednesday afternoon, police say.
Chopper 13 was over Franklin Middle School as police reported the building was on alert during the situation.

They lifted the alert at around 1:53 p.m, and are expected to dismiss on time, Baltimore County Police said.
Franklin Middle School was on alert status in reference to a call for a subject with a gun in a nearby neighborhood. The alert status is now lifted. FMS is expected to dismiss on time & will have an additional #BCoPD police presence in the area during dismissal time. ^jzp
