Four Indicted On Federal Charges In Cellphone Robberies

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Four people have been indicted on federal charges in connection with robberies of three cellphone stores.

Twenty-two-year-old Justin Snow, his brother, 20-year-old Johnny Snow, their cousin, 20-year-old Taylor Snow, and 26-year-old Arkeene Redditt-Abrams, also known as "Duke," are all charged with commercial robbery and conspiracy.

According to the six-count indictment, the four took part in the armed robberies in May and June at cellphone stores in Hagerstown and Ellicott City, Maryland, and Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The robbers wore face masks, hooded jackets and gloves to conceal their identities. They used plastic trash bags to carry the stolen items from the stores.

According to authorities,  the four made off with more than $18,000 in cash, cellphones and tablet computers.

The four are in custody. No court appearance has been scheduled for any of the defendants.
