Flash Flood Watch, Flood Warnings Canceled After Rainy Day Around Md.

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Most alerts have been canceled after parts of Maryland were under a  Flash Flood Watch, a Flood Warning or Flash Flood Warning Monday.

A Coastal Flood Statement is in effect for parts of the eastern shore until 7 a.m. Tuesday.

Earlier in the day, a Flash Flood Watch was in effect for Baltimore and the surrounding areas, but that has since expired.

By 3 p.m., "the bulk of the rain is out over the ocean," WJZ's Bob Turk says.

"We've only had a half-inch rain officially at the airport," he adds. "The bulk of the rain now is ending. We'll see maybe a few more showers tonight but that's about it."
