Flash Flood Watch In Effect For Most Of Maryland
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Flash flood watches are in effect for most of the state as rain continues to drench Maryland.
The watch includes Baltimore City as well as Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Harford, Calvert, Charles, Frederick, Prince George's and Montgomery counties until 2 a.m. Wednesday.

A coastal flood advisory is also in effect for low-lying areas.
