First Warning WX: Flood Watches, Warnings In Effect Ahead of Storm

BALTIMORE (WJZ) The National Weather Service has issue Flood Watches and Coast Flood Warnings as much of the East Coast braces for heavy rain and what Hurricane Joaquin may bring.

Coastal Flood Advisory: Dorchester; Somerset; Wicomico -  until October 2 at 8:00 a.m.

Coastal Flood Warning: Inland Worcester - until October 2 at 4:00 p.m.

Coastal Flood Warning: Maryland Beaches - until October 2 at 4:00 p.m.

Flood Watch: Inland Worcester - until October 2 at 8:00 a.m.

Flood Watch: Inland Worcester; Maryland Beaches - until October 2, at 4:00 p.m.

Flash Flood Watch: Southern Baltimore until October 3 at 8:00 p.m.

Flash Flood Watch: Anne Arundel; Calvert; Central and Southeast Howard; Central and Southeast Montgomery; Charles; Northwest Howard; Northwest Montgomery; Prince Georges; St. Marys until October 3, 8:00 p.m.
