FBI Offers $10,000 Reward In Baltimore Shooting And Robbery

BALTIMORE (AP) -- An FBI violent crimes task force in Baltimore is offering up to $10,000 for information about a shooting and robbery at a store on Oct. 2.

The FBI announced the offer Thursday for information leading to the arrest of the man who shot a clerk while robbing the Hanover Mart at 3806 South Hanover Street.

Investigators say the robber went into the store and bought a cup of coffee.  He then returned to the counter and demanded money while pulling out a handgun.

The clerk survived a gunshot wound to the arm.

The FBI says the robber is a black man, 20 to 30 years old. He was wearing a gray sweat shirt, dark pants and a purple hat.  He left the store on foot.
