FBI: Man Wanted In Md. Bank Robbery, Bomb Threat

LANDOVER HILLS, Md. (WJZ) -- The FBI is looking for a man wanted in a Prince George's County bank robbery Friday evening.

According to an FBI spokeswoman, the robbery occurred at the Landover Hills branch of the Capitol One Bank at 6206 Annapolis Road.

Witnesses said the suspect had a mustache and was wearing hat, sunglasses, a long-sleeved gray shirt and blue jeans.

According to reports, he went into the bank with a box under his arm and handed the clerk a note demanding money, saying the box had a bomb inside.

He took the money and left the bank, but left the box inside.

A Prince George's County Police bomb squad arrived, x-rayed the box and found that it was empty inside.

FBI said no one was hurt.
