Fatal Pedestrian Accident Under Investigation In Harford County

JOPPA, Md. (WJZ) -- A fatal pedestrian accident is under investigation in Harford County.

Police confirm the victim was struck and killed in the 700 block of Pulaski Highway in Joppa.

Troopers arrived on the scene just after 11 p.m. Wednesday.

The accident impacted traffic on eastbound Route 40.
