1 Dead, 1 Injured Following Crash In Pikesville

BALTIMORE CO., Md. (WJZ) -- Authorities confirm one death and one other injury following a crash in Pikesville Monday evening.
Baltimore County Police responded to a crash on Milford Mill Road just after 8 p.m. where investigators determined that a 2013 Toyota Tacoma had driven off the road, striking a street light support pole.
The passenger, identified by police as 40-year-old Evan Carton, was ejected from the vehicle onto the road during the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck was transported to the hospital with serious injuries and crews were able to clear the scene after 9 p.m.
Police are continuing their investigation at this time.
