Eye On the Enemy: Toronto Blue Jays Preview
Former manager and current Toronto Blue Jays analyst Buck Martinez joined Scott and Jeremy to give a preview for Orioles fans as to what they can look for from the Toronto Blue Jays in the 2014 season. "They should be down towards the bottom as we start this season when you look at the rest of this division. I think the Tampa Bay Rays are the class of this division, and that includes the Boston Red Sox who are the reigning World Series Champions. I think everyone in the division has improved and I think everyone has gotten a little bit better."
Buck made it pretty obvious as to what he believes is Toronto's biggest weakness this season. "Its a great division I think its the best division in baseball, and the Blue Jays need some pitching."
Finally Jeremy asked about the current state of Jose Reyes who has been oft injured since arriving in Toronto last year. "Well he has had issues, he has had surgery on his hamstrings in the past. Anytime you see Reyes and hamstring in the same sentence it makes everyone quiver a bit. The Blue Jays can't afford to have him on the DL at any time this season hopefully that isn't the case."
