Expect Slippery Early Morning Commute As More Snow Moves In Overnight

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Mother Nature threatens Maryland with another round of winter weather.

Bob Turk reports parts of Maryland are under a Winter Weather Advisory through Tuesday morning.

Timeline:

Expect a light snow shower Monday night into Tuesday morning. It will likely move in around midnight or a little later.

We expect to see an inch or so in the city, but two or three inches may fall closer to the Pennsylvania state line. Sleet and freezing rain are also possible.

Temperatures:

A low of 27 Monday will refreeze any afternoon melting. Drivers should err on the side of caution. Expect a slippery early Tuesday morning commute. By afternoon, temperatures will rebound into the mid-40s.

Future:

Kiss these cold temps goodbye. Wednesday through Friday brings highs in the 50s to near 60s.
