Exit Ramp On I-95 To Eastern Ave Blocked After Dump Truck Overturns

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The exit ramp from northbound I-95 to exit 59 is blocked for an overturned dump truck.
MDTA tweeted just before 1 p.m. the truck with salt debris had spilled on the roadway.

Crews are there cleaning up the salt, the exit is still blocked.
