Edgewater Man Charged With Attempted Murder
EDGEWATER, Md. (WJZ) -- An Edgewater man face serious charges for allegedly trying to murder a woman.
Police arrested 30-year-old Gurprett Malhi yesterday.
The victim says she was asleep in her room when Malhi choked her and struck her several times.
Malhi faces several charges including attempted murder and assault.
