Dutch Ruppersberger Re-elected To U.S. House In Md.'s 2nd District

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Voters in Maryland's 2nd Congressional District have re-elected Democrat Dutch Ruppersberger to be their voice in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The district includes Parts of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Harford and Howard Counties, and Baltimore City.

Ruppersberger beat Republican challenger Pat McDonough and Libertarian Kristin Kasprzak.
