Driver Arrested After He Exposes Himself to A Woman
LAUREL, Md. (WJZ) -- A man was arrested Saturday evening after driving up to a woman and exposing himself to her from the inside of his car.
The 31-year-old woman noticed someone was following her and trying to get her attention.
She called Anne Arundel County police with a description of the vehicle after it happened, and an officer spotted him near the parking lot in the 3500 Block of Russet Green E. in Laurel.
The suspect, Miguel Angel Acosta Villegas, 33, was placed under arrest and charged with indecent exposure.
