Dr. Bill Howard Passed Away This Weekend
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Dr. Bill Howard has passed away.
Dr. Bill, as we called him, was a regular on WJZ's Weekend Edition for many years. He specialized in sports medicine and he started the Union Memorial Sports Medicine Center, the first of its kind in Maryland.
He last appeared on Saturday, when he discussed concussions.

Dr. Bill graduated from the University of Maryland Medical School and was the Gilman football team doctor for 35 years.
