Dominick Pailin Charged With Allegedly Killing Brother, Police Say

LANHAM, Md. (WJZ) -- A Lanham man was arrested Friday after he allegedly shot and killed his brother in his apartment, Prince George's County Police said.

In an interview after his arrest, police said 29-year-old Dominick Pailin allegedly admitted to shooting his brother, 39-year-old Bryan Pailin of Morningside, during an ongoing dispute.

Officers were called to the apartment in the 9900 block of Greenbelt Road and found Bryan Pailin suffering from a gunshot wound, police said. He was taken to a hospital, where he was declared dead.

Dominick Pailin has been charged with first- and second-degree murder and other related charges, police said.
