Dave Sheinin Joins Ed And Steve From Sochi To Discuss The Winter Olympics
Dave Sheinin has been covering baseball and writing features and enterprise stories for The Washington Post since 1999. His work has been recognized with awards six times by the Associated Press Sports Editors.
Dave joins Steve and Ed from Sochi, Russia to discuss the U.S. Olympic Hockey team and the Winter Olympics.
Steve asked Dave what it was like to be there for the US and Russia hockey game. Dave said it was intense and a very fun game to be a witness too.
Ed asks Dave if all of the reports on the poor conditions are true. Dave explains that it's a unique situation and there have been issues because of where the buildings were built but overall it's not as bad as the media is making it seem.
