Cruise Passengers Arrested On Warrants At Baltimore Port

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Customs and Border Protection officials say two cruise ship passengers were arrested at Baltimore's port on open warrants from Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Officials announced Tuesday that the men who were traveling with separate groups were arrested Sunday at the Baltimore Cruise Port.

Officials say 45-year-old Christopher Turner of Lanham was wanted on a warrant from Montgomery County, Maryland, for failing to appear on assault charges and 28-year-old Christopher Main of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, was wanted by the sheriff's department in Butler County, Pennsylvania, for contempt of court and theft.

Officials say both men were turned over Maryland Transportation Authority Police.
