Crews Conduct Water Rescue At Prettyboy Dam

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Crews  responded to a scene near the Prettyboy Dam for a water rescue Saturday afternoon.

Authorities were called just after 1:45 p.m., about a drowning at the dam.

Crews were able to rescue one adult from the water. The victim was set to be taken to a hospital by a Maryland State Police helicopter.

No further details have been released at this time.
