Southbound I-795 in Baltimore Co. Reopens After Crash
BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) -- A single car crash brought southbound traffic on Interstate 795 to a standstill near the exit to Franklin Boulevard in Baltimore County for more than an hour Friday morning, authorities said.
The crash was reported about 4:52 a.m., according to the Maryland Department of Transportation.
It halted traffic to both southbound lanes and shoulders. By 6:30 a.m., MDOT reports, both lanes reopened.

Northbound traffic wasn't impeded by the crash.
There's no word yet on the driver's condition.
