Couple Robbed In Maryland Live! Casino Parking Garage

HANOVER, Md. (AP/WJZ) -- Police say two people were robbed as they sat in a parked car in the garage for the Maryland Live! casino in Hanover.

Anne Arundel County police say the robbery occurred shortly before 7 a.m. on Saturday.

Police say the male victim had been at the casino and was sitting in the car with a female companion when a man approached and demanded money.

The man handed over some cash and the robber fled in a black Nissan Altima. Police say the man is believed to be armed with a handgun.
