Baltimore County Police Investigating After A Woman Is Shot Saturday Morning In Woodlawn

WOODLAWN, Md. (WJZ)-- Baltimore County Police are investigating after a woman was shot in Woodlawn on Saturday morning.

Police say a woman was sitting in a vehicle around 7 a.m. in the area of Windsor Mill Road and Kernan Drive when she was shot.

The victim was taken to an area hospital with a gunshot wound to the upper body and is expected to survive.

Detectives are still trying to determine the circumstances around this shooting and do not have any suspect information at this time.
