Coronavirus Latest: Frederick County Confirms Its First Case

FREDERICK, MD. (WJZ) -- Frederick County has its first positive coronavirus case in the county, it announced Monday.

The patient is a woman in her 30s who did not travel abroad but had contact with people who recently traveled to areas where there was ongoing community transmission of COVID-19, officials said.

She is recovering at home and didn't need to be hospitalized.
