Comcast Will Now Pay Customer $20 If Cable Guy Is Late
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Waiting for the cable guy might not be as bad as it used to be--at least not if you have Comcast.
The cable giant says it will now pay the customer $20 if the cable guy is late.
The company is trying to improve its service. It will hire hundreds of additional workers across the country to improve performance.
Comcast also plans to roll out a new app where customers can track and rate technicians.
