Code Blue Declared Through Thursday Morning
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A Code Blue alert has been declared for Baltimore City through Thursday morning.
Everyone is encouraged to stay indoors, as temperature are expected to fall into the single digits with wind child over the next couple of days.
This is the fifth Code Blue alert for Baltimore this season.
