Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office Twitter Account Hacked

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A Twitter account belonging to City State's Attorney's Office (@BaltimoreSAO) was hacked Saturday evening, with a new user name "Bekir JR".

The hacker, whose identity is not known, posted two tweets before the account was taken down.

The first tweet reads:  "Acıttığı kadar olgunlaştırır hayat".

Twenty minutes later, the hackers posted a second tweet: "Tuzlu suda beş dakika yatınca içindeki tüm acıyı dışarı atan patlıcanı kıskanıyorum."

The Twitter account, "Could not be found" as of 8:00 p.m.

The City State's Attorney's Office confirmed the hack to WJZ and says they are working to "rectify the situation."

City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby acknowledged the hack in a tweet late Saturday night.
