City School Playground Set on Fire

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- An east Baltimore school playground is now ruined, as someone set the area on fire.

It happened Saturday afternoon at Matthew Henson Elementary on North Payson Street. The fire melted the plastic on the slide and other parts of the playground. No one was hurt.

This is the second time in 3 years that the school's playground has been set on fire. City Police are searching for suspects.
