City Detectives Investigate Homicide In East Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A homicide in East Baltimore is under investigation.
Police were first called to the 4100 block of E. Monument Street for reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a 34-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his head.
The victim was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics.
