Wind Advisory In Effect For Christmas, Causing Power Outages
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A wind advisory is in effect for the entire state on Christmas until 2 p.m.
The wind advisory caused power outages across the state, with more than 10,000 being without power Monday morning, according to the Maryland Emergency Management Agency.
Power has been restored to most of those affected by noon on Monday.
