Child Sexually Assaulted In Md. Store

GREENBELT, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County police are investigating whether two separate attacks on six-year-old girls in the area are related.

WJLA-TV reports the latest attack occurred on Thursday at about 7:30 p.m. Police say a man walked into a women's bathroom in a store at the Beltway Plaza Mall and sexually assaulted a girl while her mother was inside a stall. Police say the attack is similar to another incident that happened in a Riverdale CVS on June 12 when a man groped a child while her mother was in another aisle.

Police describe the suspect as a 25- to 30-year-old man who is five-feet, eight-inches tall. Police say the man was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with a Nike "swoosh" logo, a black hat and black sneakers.
