Charges Dropped For Browns Fan Who Urinated On Art Modell's Grave

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)--An Ohio man accused of urinating on the grave of former Baltimore Ravens owner Art Modell, will not face charges.

The 62-year-old Cleveland Browns fan had been charged with disorderly conduct in a cemetery.

But the charges were dropped yesterday and he has agreed to discuss what happened with Modell's son, David on the XM Radio Urban View channel.

Police say he could have faced up to two years in jail.
