Cecil County Identify Lost Toddler
UPDATE (Aug. 10, 1:15 p.m.): This boy has been identified and reunited with his family.
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- After a little boy was found in Warwick with no identification, the Cecil County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help with finding out who he is.
They say he appears to be between 2 and 3 years old and is not communicating with deputies.
