Carjacking Suspect Arrested Near Arundel Mills Mall

HANOVER, Md. (WJZ) -- A woman is carjacked near Arundel Mills Mall.

Anne Arundel County investigators say Isaiah Perry, 29, approached a woman in a parking lot and asked for her money.

She told him she did not have any.

Police say the suspect then pushed her into her car, but the 36-year-old woman got away and called for help.

The suspect fled in the victim's vehicle. Police used mall security video and the LoJack tracking device to track down Perry at his Howard County home.

He's charged with carjacking, second-degree assault and several other offenses.
