BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Cardi B postponed her appearance at 92Q's Spring Bling Festival.
Cardi B is backing out of the festival due to health complications from recent liposuction and breast augmentation, according to reports from TMZ.

The original date of the concert was scheduled for May 24.
The new date of the festival is scheduled for September 8.
