Camp Counselor Charged With Inappropriately Touching Girl

BETHESDA, Md. (AP) -- Montgomery County Police have charged a counselor at a summer camp in Bethesda with having inappropriate contact with a 11-year-old girl.

Forty-three-year-old Jose Luis Casumbal Valenzuela of Washington was arrested Friday and charged with third-degree sex offense and sex abuse of a minor.

Police say Valenzuela taught magic lessons at Holton-Arms Creative Summer camp. Officers say he touched the girl inappropriately during the lessons.
